Michael Meimaroglou was born in 1985 in a peaceful Greek island called Lesvos. He showed his passion about arts & music from a small age as he started playing keyboards and making the students newspaper at the age of 9. Some years later on the high school the graphic design & the web development attracted his interested. To earn some extra money as a student, he designed flyers, posters and websites. When he was in the university (department of Industrial Informatics, TEI of Kavala Greece), Michael worked as a graphic and web designer in some local companies. Parallel with his studies, he followed classes about Photography, having as a teacher the photographer Achillea Savopoulo. Nowdays Michael is practising on new media art techniques and music production. Since 2007 Michael Meimaroglou is the publishing manager/creative director/photographer of the independent magazine UrbanStyleMag in Greece.
